Former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, also paid a separate condolence visit. In his message, he expressed sympathy to the family and prayed for strength during the period of grief.

“I extended my heartfelt sympathies and prayed Almighty Allah grants her eternal rest in Aljannatul Firdaus,” Malami stated.

Former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, was also among prominent figures reported to have visited or reached out to El-Rufai in solidarity.
